The space

Welcome to our modest 3 BEDROOM, duplex apartment with air conditioning, where simplicity meets comfort. The apartment features large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space.
The LIVING ROOM is furnished with a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed for two. Additionally, spacious TERRACE offers a delightful spot for guests to savor the fresh air while enjoying their morning coffee or an evening beverage. The open KITCHEN includes essential equipment for preparing meals, such as a coffee machine, stove, and microwave, while the dining table seats up to four people. We offer basic essentials like milk, coffee, and tea to make your mornings easier. The FIRST AND SECOND BEDROOM feature a comfortable queen bed with a medium-firm mattress for a good night's rest. The THIRD BEDROOM is furnished with a single bed. The apartment features 2 BATHROOMS with a shower, perfect for freshening up after a day exploring the city, and a toilet.
Our apartment is an excellent option for couples, families, or friends traveling together who seek a simple yet comfortable stay while experiencing the best of Prague.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.
PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.
PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

Ich hatte die Unterkunft in Prag für 4 Nächte gebucht. Das Apartment war sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war top. Tram direkt vor der Haustür und Lime Fahrräder direkt gegenüber. Ich kann es wirklich nur sehr empfehlen. Danke das ich Gast war.

Really pleasant stay in Prague, a little away from the noise & bustle of the city center, but close enough that the tram is about 20 minutes or you can grab a Bolt (Uber) for about $5-7 to most places. We came in on an overnight train from Krakow, so we were really nicely surprised to discover that the main Prague station is literally right across the street from the apartment building. We highly recommend the kebob place across the street - satisfying, delicious halloumi & falafel & I'm sure everything else is good too! The house itself is quiet, clean, & meets all needs. Features like the towel warmer, the cozy chair nook under the angled window, and the large sliding glass door opening to the rooftop terrace made it even better. The three sets of instructions to gain full entry needed to be written down at first but by the second day we had all the codes memorized, so don't worry if it seems complex. Neighborhood is safe for evening walks & there's a Lidl across the street too!
