One bathroom offers a luxurious bathtub and a refreshing shower, while the other is equipped with a sleek standalone shower. We provide all the necessary amenities and toiletries to enhance your bathing experience.
THE LIVING ROOM is tastefully decorated and furnished with a cozy sofa, inviting you to sink in and unwind while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.
The open-plan KITCHEN with a kitchen island allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease. It comes fully equipped with modern appliances, making cooking a joyous experience.
Moreover, this exceptional apartment features a BALCONY where you can unwind and admire the panoramic view of the Palace of Culture and the park surrounding it. It's the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or enjoy a tranquil moment amidst the bustling city.

PARKING LOT is included in the rental price - 1 parking space is available for your use in the underground garage. Please note that the maximum vehicle height is 2 meters.

Guest access

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Although we may not be at the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂
