By clicking “book” you are agreeing to the following house rules:
- No smoking inside the apartment. Any violation of this rule may cause an additional fee of 250 EUR to be charged from your credit card.
- No pets allowed. Any violation of this rule may cause an additional fee of 250 EUR to be charged from your credit card.
- No parties allowed or other activities that may cause disturbance of our neighbours, especially during the silent hours of 10:00 p.m. — 06:00 a.m. Any violation of this rule may cause an additional fee of 250 EUR to be charged from your credit card.
- You agree to use the apartment for housing purposes ONLY. Any violation of this rule may cause an additional fee of 250 EUR to be charged from your credit card.
- You agree that per each guest for the whole reservation period, you will receive 1 set of towels and 1 set of beddings. In case you need more (or less), please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, extra charges may appear for delivery.
- Only the number of guests shown on your reservation is allowed in the apartment. Any extra person staying over must be first noted to the host and agreed upon arrival. Any violation of this rule may cause an additional fee of 100 EUR per night per extra guest to be charged from your credit card.
- Late check-outs as well as early check-ins are subject to availability and must be agreed upon happening through Airbnb messages. Otherwise, a fee of 50 EUR per each hour of early coming or late leaving might be charged to your credit card.
- Any lost key (plastic card or metal key) from the given key set is subject to an 80 EUR extra charge.
- If you are expecting any post or package coming to you while staying in our apartment:
- Please use courier delivery service or make an order with pick-up at InPost locker.
- In case you are obliged to use regular post – you may use our office address (it is open Mon-Fri from 09:00 a.m. till 04:00 p.m.). Ask our host for details.
- Post delivered directly to the apartment is possible only on request and at an extra cost of 20 EUR.
* OompH Apartments do not guarantee and do not provide access to the letter-box located at the property.
** Highly recommend NOT USING the apartment address for any regular post correspondence.
