The space

Welcome to our gigantic 3 BEDROOM apartment with air conditioning, where simplicity meets comfort. The apartment features large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space.
The LIVING ROOM is furnished with two comfortable sofas that convert into a beds for two. Additionally, spacious TERRACE offers a delightful spot for guests to savor the fresh air while enjoying their morning coffee or an evening beverage. The open KITCHEN includes essential equipment for preparing meals, such as a coffee machine, stove, and microwave, while the dining table seats up to six people. We offer basic essentials like milk, coffee, and tea to make your mornings easier. The FIRST BEDROOM features a comfortable queen bed with a medium-firm mattress for a good night's rest and include a desk where you can work or write a journal. The SECOND BEDROOM features a spacious king-size bed and a stylish vanity. The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The apartment features 2 BATHROOMS (1 ensuite) with a shower, perfect for freshening up after a day exploring the city, and a toilet, and separate toilet with a sink.
Our apartment is an excellent option for couples, families, or friends traveling together who seek a simple yet comfortable stay while experiencing the best of Prague.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.
PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.
PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

Excellent emplacement à 10 mn de la vieille ville très bel appartement avec une grande terrasse environnement très calme transports publics au pied de l'immeuble appartement vraiment à recommander

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and spacious. There’s a mini market next door which was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. About a 15 minute walk to the city center and 10 to the train station. Check in was easy, detailed instructions (including pictures) were sent the day before arrival. As others have mentioned, patio furniture would have made the apartment even more perfect.

The accommodation was very clean and nicely maintained. We could ask for things which were delivered to our doorstep in no time (e.g. more salt and coffee). We were assisted quite properly, however most of the communication is automated via AI Chatbot and we were sent some messages more than 5 times with the same content. Every time you text the host you get an automated reply. When it comes to flexibility, we expected a bit more for the price (don't try to check out late, since you will be confirmed very last minute and in our case it was not possible). Also the terrace was super big but there are no chairs or tables, so we could not really get too much use out of it. All in all I recommend the place, because it's clean and tidy and you have some essentials like oil, salt, sugar etc. But there is nothing for entertainment, no TV, Music Speakers, Games, books etc. so I recommend to bring stuff like that with you.
