The space

Welcome to our gigantic 3 BEDROOM apartment with air conditioning, where simplicity meets comfort. The apartment features large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space.
The LIVING ROOM is furnished with two comfortable sofas that convert into a beds for two. Additionally, spacious TERRACE offers a delightful spot for guests to savor the fresh air while enjoying their morning coffee or an evening beverage. The open KITCHEN includes essential equipment for preparing meals, such as a coffee machine, stove, and microwave, while the dining table seats up to six people. We offer basic essentials like milk, coffee, and tea to make your mornings easier. The FIRST BEDROOM features a comfortable queen bed with a medium-firm mattress for a good night's rest and include a desk where you can work or write a journal. The SECOND BEDROOM features a spacious king-size bed and a stylish vanity. The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The apartment features 2 BATHROOMS (1 ensuite) with a shower, perfect for freshening up after a day exploring the city, and a toilet, and separate toilet with a sink.
Our apartment is an excellent option for couples, families, or friends traveling together who seek a simple yet comfortable stay while experiencing the best of Prague.

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.
PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.
PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

Lovely and spacious apartment, beautifully equipped, clean and comfortable! Everything was easy to find and use, though we might not have been able to figure out the parking easily if the host had not happened to be there to help. Location is a bit out of the center but great if you are coming from the train station and easy to walk wherever you want to go. We were very happy with this place!

Apartment was as in the photos, very spacious and modern. It had all we needed for a 3 night stay. We received answers to our questions quite quickly. I liked the area because it was calm, but also a very short ride to the busy center.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Prague. While I didn't explore the main landmarks solely on foot, the location is grandioso for anyone valuing accessibility. The highlight is definitely its proximity to the Prague Main Railway Station, which is just a short, easy walk away. This made arriving and departing completely stress-free. Additionally, the public transport connections right at the doorstep are superb, making it incredibly simple to reach any part of the city in just a few minutes. The place itself was excellent—very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. If you are looking for a high-quality stay with seamless access to trains and trams, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!
