Welcome to our modest STUDIO where simplicity meets comfort. The place features large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space.
The main LIVING AREA doubles as a BEDROOM AREA, furnished with a comfortable 2 single beds and an armchair with sleeping function, providing additional accommodation for guests. Although compact, the open KITCHEN includes essential equipment for preparing meals, such as a French press, stove, and microwave. We offer basic essentials like milk, coffee, and tea to make your mornings easier. The BATHROOM has a shower, perfect for freshening up after a day exploring the city, and a toilet.
Our studio is ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together who seek a simple yet comfortable stay while experiencing the best of Prague.

PLEASE NOTE: one set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.
PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

This place was perfect for me. I arrived by train so having it so close to the train station was super convenient for me. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to the train, subway, and tram system. It's about 20 - 25 minutes walking to the main tourist areas but that was fine with me. There were grocery and drug stores nearby. The apartment itself is ideal for a short or long-term stay; it is clean, fully equipped and I could easily have stayed there a month rather than a week. It had everything I needed to cook and heat up food, which was great because I love Czech food and got takeout a couple of times. When I needed something the staff was very responsive and friendly. Check-in was a breeze due to detailed instructions and a helpful video. I thought it was a great deal and would definitely stay there again. Best of all there were no perfume air fresheners or heavy scents in the linens, which was great since I am sensitive to those chemicals. Thanks for a great stay!
