The space

Welcome to our modest STUDIO where simplicity meets comfort. The place features large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space.
The main LIVING AREA doubles as a BEDROOM AREA, furnished with a comfortable 2 single beds and an armchair with sleeping function, providing additional accommodation for guests. Although compact, the open KITCHEN includes essential equipment for preparing meals, such as a French press, stove, and microwave. We offer basic essentials like milk, coffee, and tea to make your mornings easier. The BATHROOM has a shower, perfect for freshening up after a day exploring the city, and a toilet.
Our studio is ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together who seek a simple yet comfortable stay while experiencing the best of Prague.

Guest access

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: one set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.
PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.
PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

It’s a totally new apartment. I even was afraid to put a cup on the table because it was too new? Great location, its pretty warm inside and good access to hot water. Absolutely recommended!

Everything was excellent! The apartment was VERY clean and tons of amenities (fresh tea, coffee, cooking oil) were present. The location is right next to the station and a bus/tram stop which makes travelling by public transport a breeze (the airport is just 45 minutes away). The windows are double isolated, so the traffic noise is at a minimum. The city centre is just a 25 minute walk away, as is the national museum. So if you are up for a small walk it’s perfectly doable 🙂 If I absolutely have to name an improvement it would be an iron to iron your shirts for an orchestra performance. Which is an essential part of visiting Prague. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
