Welcome to our modest STUDIO where simplicity meets comfort. The place features large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space.
The main LIVING AREA doubles as a BEDROOM AREA, furnished with a comfortable 2 single beds and an armchair with sleeping function, providing additional accommodation for guests. Although compact, the open KITCHEN includes essential equipment for preparing meals, such as a French press, stove, and microwave. We offer basic breakfast essentials like milk, cereal, muesli, coffee, and tea to make your mornings easier. The BATHROOM has a shower, perfect for freshening up after a day exploring the city, and a toilet.
Our studio is ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together who seek a simple yet comfortable stay while experiencing the best of Prague.

PLEASE NOTE: one set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.
PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.
PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

I really appreciated the amenities provided in the apartment. There was milk in the fridge, canisters of coffee and different types of teas, and salt & pepper along with some spices were also provided. This was a really nice touch. There were plenty of places to buy food nearby along with lots of nice restaurants. It was just a 20 minute walk to Wesceslas square, and the tram line was just in front of the building. I found the place to be extremely convenient. It was also clean and very comfortable. There is no TV in the unit, but I had my laptop, so that was okay for me. Overall, it was a very pleasurable stay and I would recommend it to others.
