The space

Welcome to our modest STUDIO where simplicity meets comfort. The place features large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space.
The main LIVING AREA doubles as a BEDROOM AREA, furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and an armchair with sleeping function, providing additional accommodation for guests. Although compact, the open KITCHEN includes essential equipment for preparing meals, such as a French press, stove, and microwave. We offer basic breakfast essentials like milk, cereal, muesli, coffee, and tea to make your mornings easier. The BATHROOM has a shower, perfect for freshening up after a day exploring the city, and a toilet.
Our studio is ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together who seek a simple yet comfortable stay while experiencing the best of Prague.

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: one set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.
PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.
PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

The bed linen and towels provided are clean and well-maintained. Although the room is tidy, it is fully equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Situated in a beautiful area, it offers easy access to groceries, restaurants, and public transportation. However, having a laundry room in the building would be a welcome addition.

Really enjoyed the accommodations. Easy access, detailed instructions. The apartment was in perfect cleanliness and order. Communication with the owner was quick and accurate, and the owner also went out of his way to accommodate us when we checked in early, which after a long drive couldn't have been better. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was 5 star, location, cleanliness, responsive when messaging and an amazingly easy check in and check out. Had more amenities than listed, there was an iron in the property and everything required to cook with. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment was warm and cosy. The 10 star rating was the location it was perfect to get to the old town from. We walked in out and daily, travelled to the Zoo using local walkable bus links and there was a lidls less than 2 minutes walk away. Highly recommend and we will return to this apartment when we return to Prague.
