The sun-filled LIVING ROOM features large, convertible sofa, transforming into a bed for two. Wide floor-to-ceiling windows invite abundant natural light, while a high-quality projector creates the perfect home cinema experience. Please note that the projector connects exclusively to a laptop, so if you wish to enjoy this amenity, kindly remember to bring your own device. With air conditioning throughout, every moment in this space is defined by comfort and style.

The open-plan DINING AREA offers a grand table that comfortably seats up to twelve guests, making it ideal for memorable dinners and gatherings. From here, step out onto the inviting PATIO and enjoy access to the backyard - a rare luxury in the heart of the city.

The fully equipped KITCHEN provides everything you need for both casual meals and gourmet cooking, including a coffee machine, stove, microwave, and essential cookware.

Each of the 4 BEDROOMS has been thoughtfully designed for both rest and productivity:

The FIRST BEDROOM is a true sanctuary, boasting a king-size bed, a free-standing bathtub, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Air conditioning ensures a restful night’s sleep.There's also a small balcony.
The SECOND BEDROOM features another king-size bed, its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, a hanging hammock for relaxation, a dedicated workspace, and air conditioning.
The THIRD BEDROOM offers a queen-size bed, dedicated workspace, and air conditioning.
The FOURTH BEDROOM also comes with a queen-size bed, dedicated workspace, and air conditioning.

In total, the apartment includes 3 elegant bathrooms and an additional separate toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

For those arriving by car, a secure underground parking space in the same building is available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Guest access

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.
PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.
PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂
