The space

This luxurious apartment includes a living room with a perfect space to relax, a very pleasant sofa bed which converts into double bed, a coffee table, as well as a dining area with a table for six to enjoy a meal together. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, as well as ingredients to fix yourself a healthy breakfast (milk, oats, muesli, coffee). There are 3 bedrooms. In the first you will find a queen size bed, the second one will host you with a double bed, a convertible sofa, small workspace with a desk and comfortable armchair. The third bedroom is a kids room with double bed and accessories that will bring joy to kids. The apartment also includes a sleek bathroom with a rain shower, washing machine, and a toilet, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience. Whether you're enjoying family time in the spacious living areas or retreating to one of the cozy bedrooms, this apartment provides the perfect setting for a memorable stay. You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

Tout s’est très bien passé, l’appartement est parfait pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Il est totalement équipé et tout l’électroménager est en très bon état. Les stations de tram et de métro sont proches, à quelques minutes à pieds. Il y a un parking EasyPark à proximité du logement dans lequel on peut laisser sa voiture en longue durée.

This place was great for an extended weekend for a group of 6. We were planning to stay 7 but I think that would have been the limit. The place is ground floor but it was not loud during night time. The windows are sabled so you have privacy. The area is near a nice park and there is a supermarket close by. Walking distance there are restaurants and coffee shops even if it is not the central area of Berlin. You have the artsy vibe of east Berlin but a bit more cleaned up. The rooms are big, the main bathroom is huge. The second bathroom with a toilet was very useful.The space is clean and had everything we needed from putting together a breakfast, to washing machine and ironing board. The living room was big enough to eat together and play board games. The kid room is small but cute and well though of. The beds are super comfy and the place was cool enough even though we visited in 28 degrees weather. Overall we would stay again, it was a nice place and great value for money.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super unkompliziert und freundlich. Auch der Check In war einfach und reibungslos. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral und alles gut zu erreichen. Der einzige kleine Makel war, dass es nur 6 Stühle am Esstisch gab. Wir waren 8 Leute. Wir würden trotzdem jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
