Short description
Bright and large spaces, 4-meter high ceilings, original stucco, and huge windows are just the beginning. Featuring modernist furniture and art deco accessories - stylish cabinets and tables. Vintage decorations and modern works of art inspire. Here, imagination starts to flow on a different path.
Also, you will love this location - a bustling part of the city. Come and feel it!
The space
Make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room with an area of 60m2. The combination of elegant furniture with the abundance of daylight here will soothe your senses. The paintings in the whole apartment are a result of a collaboration between an abstract painter and a street art artist. They were custom-made, especially for this interior.
When designing this space, we referred to the pre-war splendour and flourish of life here. This is the answer if you wonder why the piano, why the vintage decorations, the free-standing bathtub in the master bedroom or the customised works of art. All this brings to mind the former opulence of the city.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a free-standing bathtub and a dressing table. Apart from a comfortable double bed, the second bedroom is equipped with a cabinet and a stylish desk - a place to work. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, an armchair with a footrest and a small cupboard. The last, fourth bedroom has a comfortable daybed that converts into a double bed. Apart from the master bedroom, all others have patio-facing windows.
There are two bathrooms to meet the needs of 10 people who can comfortably live here. One has a shower and the second has a bathtub. A modern, spacious and fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare any meal, even for a larger group.
Curiosity
The modernist building from 1913 has a colourful history. Before the war, the Warsaw intelligentsia lived here, including several eminent and respected people: composer Karol Szymanowski, conductor Kazimierz Wiłkomirski and Olympic champion 1932 Janusz Kusociński.
During World War II, the building did not suffer any major damage.
In 2015, the tenement house was entered into the register of monuments.

Me and my friends had a great time in the apartment. It's a very very spacious apartment. Everything went smooth with the check in. Be aware that it's only a curtain between the living room and one of the bedrooms. But it didn't bother us.
