The space

Our apartment is a unique blend of classic charm and modern comfort. Step inside and be greeted by the warm ambiance of exposed brick walls and hardwood floors, which create a cozy atmosphere that feels like a true home away from home.

Bedrooms:
The two bedrooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Crisp linens, plush pillows, and ample storage space await you, making it easy to settle in and unwind.

Living Area:
The living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a comfy sofa and a table for 4. It's an ideal spot to gather with friends or family after a day of exploring the city.

Kitchen:
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Modern appliances, cookware, and a dining area create a convenient and inviting space for your culinary adventures.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is clean and well maintained, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries to make your stay hassle-free. You will find here small bathtube with a shower and washbasin.
The toilet is separated room.

Guest access

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 100 PLN, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

We provide the following services by request only and subject to extra charge:

We had a nice stay as a group of 5 friends. We really liked the central location of the apartment and the comfy beds. Only using the bathroom was a bit tricky since it is so small. All of us were quite tall and we had difficulty sitting on the toilet with the door closed because it our legs didn't fit. But we managed and everything else was fine.

L'appartement est vaste et tres bien décoré, dans un style vintage/industriel, tout em gardant l'esprit des anciens appartements de Varsovie, magnifique parquet en bois, grande hauteur sous plafond, grandes fenêtres en bois. Toutes les pièces sont spacieuses, a l'exception de WC qui sont en effet tres peu pratiaues, par le manque de place. Mais pour un sejour de quelques jours ce petit inconvénient ne pèse pas sur le co forr général. Le quartier est très central, avec beaucoup de restaurants et bars à proximité. Situé dans une cours intérieure, l'appartement est très calme. Je le recommande vivement pour un séjour à Varsovie!

Overall ok stay. Missing a TV to watch something. Well needed and a sluggish way to save money. The toiley is also way too smal. A person above 120kg will not fit.
