Welcome to our modest STUDIO where simplicity meets comfort. The place features large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space.
The main LIVING AREA doubles as a BEDROOM AREA, furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and an armchair with sleeping function, providing additional accommodation for guests. Although compact, the open KITCHEN includes essential equipment for preparing meals, such as a French press, stove, and microwave. We offer basic essentials like milk, coffee, and tea to make your mornings easier. The BATHROOM has a shower, perfect for freshening up after a day exploring the city, and a toilet.
Our studio is ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together who seek a simple yet comfortable stay while experiencing the best of Prague.

PLEASE NOTE: one set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.

The perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, incredibly cozy and spacious, with thoughtful touches like a selection of teas that made it feel extra welcoming. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, probably the best night's sleep I've had in a long time, and the apartment was so quiet and well soundproofed that it made for a really peaceful stay. The location was fantastic, with shops, cafés, and restaurants right on the doorstep while still being within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions as well as lovely local neighbourhoods. The hosts were exceptional, friendly, responsive, and always happy to help no matter the time of day or what questions I had. I couldn't recommend this place more highly and would absolutely stay here again!

Good place for short to medium stay in Prague. Old town is only 2 stops by tram which you can get only 3-4 minute walk from the apartment. Neighborhood is also very nice and quiet with a Lidl and Rossmann nearby and lots of places to eat right next to the apartment. Hosts are responsive and very helpful.

Very comfortable stay. I few minute walk from the train station. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Very easy to grab public transportation and just far enough away from all the crazy tourists but close enough to go to it all! Loved this location. Very happy to have stayed .

We had an excellent stay at this apartment easily one of the best experiences I’ve had in Prague. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very nicely designed. Everything felt high-quality and well maintained, and it had a very comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is ideal within easy walking distance of major sights and transport, making it perfect for exploring the city without hassle. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear and professional, and the overall organization was top-notch. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making sure guests have a great experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Prague and would gladly stay here again.

This apartment was even more beautiful than we expected it to be and impeccably clean. It was in an incredibly convenient location, we walked almost everywhere and found some great spots to grab a bite only a few minutes away. The check in instruction were very clear and made getting into the apartment stress free. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone interested in visiting Prague!

Appartement idéal à tout point de vue, très bien conçu, confortable et spacieux. Très bonne literie. Merci pour le lait, le thé et le café à disposition. L'appartement est suffisamment proche du centre pour pouvoir organiser ses visites à pied. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Minha estadia em Praga foi simplesmente ótima! O apartamento tem uma localização excelente, facilitando muito para conhecer a cidade a pé e também utilizar transporte público. Fica bem perto da estação de trem que tornou nossa chegada e saída super práticas. O espaço estava impecavelmente limpo, organizado e muito confortável. Tudo funcionava perfeitamente e nos sentimos muito bem acomodados, me senti em casa. Com algum mimos na chegada, café , chás, pequenos temperos para cozinhar, sal, até leite na geledaira! Realmente tudo pensado para os hóspedes com muito carinho e cuidado. durante toda a estadia. Eu e meu marido chegamos a Praga vindo da Irlanda as 10pm e não tivemos nenhum problema de chegada, todas as instruções foram passadas corretamente para a entrada na acomodação. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente e recomendo para quem procura praticidade, conforto e uma ótima localização em Praga! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
