Welcome to our modest STUDIO where simplicity meets comfort. The place features large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space.
The main LIVING AREA doubles as a BEDROOM AREA, furnished with a comfortable 2 single beds and an armchair with sleeping function, providing additional accommodation for guests. Although compact, the open KITCHEN includes essential equipment for preparing meals, such as a French press, stove, and microwave. We offer basic essentials like milk, coffee, and tea to make your mornings easier. The BATHROOM has a shower, perfect for freshening up after a day exploring the city, and a toilet.
Our studio is ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together who seek a simple yet comfortable stay while experiencing the best of Prague.

PLEASE NOTE: one set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.

I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, utensils, and everything needed to prepare your own meals, which made the stay especially convenient. The location is also excellent,within easy walking distance of the main train station. The building itself is an older building with beautiful architecture, while the apartment has been nicely renovated and is modern, clean, and well cared for. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to other guests.
