The space
Welcome to our modest STUDIO where simplicity meets comfort. The place features large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space.
The main LIVING AREA doubles as a BEDROOM AREA, furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and an armchair with sleeping function, providing additional accommodation for guests. Although compact, the open KITCHEN includes essential equipment for preparing meals, such as a French press, stove, and microwave. We offer basic essentials like milk, coffee, and tea to make your mornings easier. The BATHROOM has a shower, perfect for freshening up after a day exploring the city, and a toilet.
Our studio is ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together who seek a simple yet comfortable stay while experiencing the best of Prague.

PLEASE NOTE: one set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.
PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

I stayed in the apartment for 5 days by myself and thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, the bed was soft and comfortable, and everything was clean. The room was quite pretty and the other tenants nice. The window opens up to the street which lets in a nice breeze, but also quite some street noise. It was a great central place to walk from to anywhere in Prague. Highly recommend for a solo traveler or couple that want to get out on the town, and still come “home” comfortably.
