The space

Located in the heart of Berlin, this practical yet inviting apartment offers a flexible layout that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

The bedroom features two cozy queen-size beds (160×200), along with a dedicated workspace and an open wardrobe rail for easy storage - ideal for longer stays or those traveling light but efficiently.
The open-plan living room is a multifunctional hub: unwind on the sofa (which converts into a bed for two), enjoy a film projected directly onto the wall with the in-house projector, or take advantage of a second workspace, perfect for remote work or creative projects.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and ready for home cooking - complete with stovetop, oven, coffee maker, and a dining table that seats six. Whether you're brewing a morning espresso or preparing a meal with friends, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.
The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a rain-style shower for a refreshing start or wind-down to your day, plus a separate toilet for added convenience.

Design-wise, the space features a calm, neutral palette with accents of orange, gray, and beige - understated, but balanced. The apartment's minimalism encourages you to settle in, breathe out, and let Berlin take center stage. Whether you're here for a weekend escape, a working holiday, or a longer stay, this quiet and functional city pad provides a clean and comfortable base from which to experience Berlin in your own way.

Guest access

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂
