The space

This well-arranged apartment balances generous sleeping capacity with practical design, comfortably hosting up to 14 guests (12 adults + 2 children).

BEDROOM 1: 1 king bed + 1 fold-out queen bed (Murphy-style), wardrobe, and a desk with chair. Designed in muted blue, deep orange, brown, and grey tones - perfect for rest or focused work.
BEDROOM 2: 1 queen bed, wardrobe, and dedicated workspace with desk and chair. A soft palette of beige, grey, and blue gives the room a calm, light atmosphere.
BEDROOM 3: 1 queen bed, wardrobe, and workspace. With accents of navy, black, and grey, this room feels modern and understated.
BEDROOM 4 (Kid’s Room): a bunk bed (2 single beds: 90x200 cm, up to 100 kg), desk and chair, plus toys and games for younger guests.
BEDROOM 5/Living Room: a flexible hub with a comfortable sofa bed for 2, a fold-out queen bed (Murphy-style), projector for movie nights, wardrobe, and a clean, modern design in grey, brown, and blue.

The kitchen and dining area are designed for shared moments: a fully equipped kitchen with island, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven and stovetop, plus a large dining table for 12 placed by the window for natural light.

The apartment features 3 bathrooms, each with a modern rain-style shower for a refreshing start or relaxing end to the day. There is also a washer/dryer for your comfort.

Design-wise, the interiors use a grounded palette of greys, browns, blues, and muted tones, creating a cozy but contemporary environment. Dedicated desks and chairs in most rooms make the apartment especially suitable for longer stays or remote work setups.
Whether you’re in Berlin for work, leisure, or a bit of both, this apartment offers the space, comfort, and flexibility to make your stay effortless.

Guest access

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

◾Noise & Community Policy (Important Note for Groups)

We are delighted to welcome groups to our apartment!
We completely understand that traveling together brings a lot of joy and naturally leads to a livelier atmosphere. However, please remember that apartment is located in a residential building with permanent neighbors who value their peace. For this reason, we kindly ask for your awareness and cooperation in keeping noise to an appropriate level, especially after 10:00 PM. Please be advised that the apartment is equipped with a noise monitoring system (which measures decibels only, ensuring your full privacy). We would also like to gently remind you that parties are strictly forbidden.

To help protect the property and its contents, guests are required to choose one of the following options before check-in:

• A refundable security deposit of 250 EUR, which will be released after check-out provided no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violations of the house rules are found.
or
• A non-refundable damage waiver fee of 10 EUR per night (150 EUR maximum amount/reservation), which provides limited coverage for accidental damage during your stay.

Guests will receive instructions before arrival to complete one of the available property protection options.
By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to this requirement.
