The space

The space is fully functional and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
It can comfortably accommodate seven people, with sleeping space for up to eight.

There are 3 BEDROOMS:

BEDROOM 1: king-size bed (180x200) and a sofa bed which converts into a double bed, a coffee table and an exit to a balcony
BEDROOM 2: single bed (90x200) that can be extended to create additional sleeping space (the second mattress is also 90x200), wardrobe and desk
BEDROOM 3: queen-size bed (160x200), a big built-in wardrobe and a desk

You have access to the entire apartment, including:
- KITCHEN where you will find ingredients to fix yourself a healthy breakfast (milk, oats, muesli), full fridge, coffee maker, a dishwasher and a dining table
- BATHROOM with a shower and fresh towels
- a separate TOILET
- PRIVATE BALCONY

The apartment also features a washing machine with a drying function and free WiFi.

PARKING LOT is included in the rental price - 1 parking lot in the building, in the underground garage. You may use it. Please keep in mind that max. car high is 1,85 m and the parking space is quite narrow, so guests with large cars may have difficulty parking.

This apartment is a suitable option for guests seeking a practical and straightforward place to stay in an excellent central location.

Guest access

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Although we may not be at the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂
