Do you wish for a bit of luxury? Wooden floors, 4m high ceilings, free-standing bathtub, top-quality kitchen equipment and a large stylish sofa await you. The cozy bedroom has a comfortable bed, atmospheric lighting and plenty of storage space. The apartment is located in a beautifully restored hundred-year-old tenement house. The location at the back of the courtyard ensures a lovely silence all day and night. Walk from here to Hala Koszyki, where you will find the best restaurants in town.

The space

This 1-bedroom apartment is simply beautiful. Everything is new, high-quality and tailored to guests who love a mix of classic and contemporary styles!

It contains a gorgeous bedroom with a queen-size (160x200) bed, fully equipped kitchen with ingredients for a basic breakfast, a fabulous bathroom with a large bathtub and open shower, a dining table for 4, comfortable sofa bed, a TV, a beautifully decorated high ceilings, large windows, and a lot of storage for your belongings.

The living room walls were custom-made by a contemporary Polish street artist SC Szyman, who really captured the mood of the apartment. Come check it out for yourself. You'll love it!

Guest access

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 100 PLN, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

Very clean and comfortable, great location. We’ve now stayed with OompH in Warsaw twice at different locations and it’s been good both times. The only downside was that this location advertises AC and there was only a rolling fan with a “cool” setting that didn’t work, so if you’re there in the summer definitely request another form of fan or AC ahead of time as this unit gets warm.

This apartment was very specious, clean, and luxurious, with a beautiful entrance and a great location! I felt like I was staying at a five star hotel. A beautiful bathroom and bath, perfect for a romantic getaway. 1000% recommended!

Overall a lovely stay! Positives; Great location, very comfy bed and blackout curtains, beautiful layout and decoration. I’d happily stay here again. Slight negatives; The shower is not the best design for draining and a few cleanliness points - nothing major but one of the towels was stained and the tea strainer still had tea leaves in it.
