Short description

the apartment is located in an old, restored tenement house in a beautiful part of city center. it is furnished with style and has modern amenities. a cozy bedroom with access to a charming balcony, a living room with a cinema system and an appropriate sound system, an open kitchen and a separate bathroom await you. perfect for singles, couples, small groups or families. welcome!

The space

this private apartment includes a cozy BEDROOM, queen size bed (160x200) with a very comfortable mattress, a wardrobe and a small working desk. there is a charming inner courtyard balcony with two chairs and a small table. the LIVING ROOM has a super comfortable sofa bed which converts into another queen-sized bed (160x200). in the fully equipped kitchen you will find a coffee machine, a dishwasher, as well as ingredients to fix yourself a healthy breakfast (milk, oats, muesli, organic jam, peanut butter and/or organic honey from a beekeeper friend!). the BATHROOM with bathtube is neat and clean.

the real cherry on top is the video projector with large automatic screen and a proper soundsystem, all with access to a premium netflix account. the apartments design is contemporary, and mixes old glamour and modern comforts. the apartment is nice on the eyes, as well as the body and soul.

Guest access

you can access every corner in this beautiful space - it’s all yours!

PLEASE NOTE : if you need some extra beddings, take it from the wardrobe or sofa, but please let me know before you do 🙂

PLEASE NOTE : we do not provide laundry detergent. If there is some in the apartment from a previous guest, feel free to use it!

PLEASE NOTE : housekeeping supplies are kept in one of the closets, use them only if you feel the need to vacuum or mop. If you need an extra blanket, towel, etc., feel free to take one, but please let me know before you do 🙂

Interaction with guests

although we may not be at the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂 if you wish, we can meet for coffee or lunch! also, you are welcome to come and visit us at our extraordinary office space in a historical building where you normally would never enter.

Our stay was great in all respects. The location is fantastic (fine restaurants and cool bars, lively vibe), the apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and finally the host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. I highly recommend!

We’ve been coming to Warsaw for many years to visit family. This was definitely the nicest apartment we have stayed in. We already knew we liked the area from previous visits - it’s a great part of town - good variety of cafes and restaurants yet quiet. Walkable to main centre but buses and trams just round the corner. The apartment is perfect for two, well equipped and a lovely little balcony that catches the evening sun. We’ll definitely be back.
