Short description

Welcome to our small but cozy nest, perfect for those who are close to each other. This pad provides all the essentials to meet your basic needs: three sleeping places, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Its unique feature is the terrace, where you can enjoy the sunshine during the day and relax with a drink while stargazing at night. This little hideaway, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, is perfect for a party of two to rest before another day of exploring the city.

The space

This chic city nest is a perfect place for 2 adults and 2 kids (accommodation of the little ones is only possible on request). It includes a living room with a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a double bed and flows seamlessly into the kitchen. To make your time more enjoyable, a projector is available (to be connected to a smartphone). There is also a dedicated work area. In the kitchen you will find a coffee machine and a stove with oven for your culinary needs, as well as the ingredients for a healthy breakfast (milk, oats, cereals, tea, coffee). There are two open-plan bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed. Please note that to get to them you have to climb a ladder. The bathroom has a rain shower and a washer-dryer. The terrace is perfect for al fresco dining.

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED IN THE INNER COURTYARD

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

Good place, had a great time, good hosts

A wonderful little space for a short stay in Berlin, everything was finished and cleaned to a high standard, as well as cookware and basic spices being provided for cooking which was a plus. The mezzanine beds take a bit of getting used to with the ladder to enter. It's worth noting that we stayed at the end of summer, and the bed areas got very warm easily, a little fan or aircon around those areas would help with sleep quality. It was lovely to have access to the shared garden and outdoor furniture for evening drinks/meals. We also enjoyed the sofa which handily converted in to a comfortable sofa bed for when it was particularly warm inside. The location has lots of kebap places and bars nearby, along with off licenses for convenience. We found the travel to be swift from the nearby metro station too.
