The space

With 5 thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, including a cozy kids’ room, 3 bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet), a fully equipped kitchen, and a stylish conference room, the apartment comfortably hosts up to 13 guests (11 adults + 2 children aged 2-12).

Sleeping Arrangements
The apartment offers a flexible layout tailored to both rest and relaxation. In the Green Room and Grey Room, you’ll find large king-size beds (180×200), perfect for couples or anyone who enjoys extra space. The Beige Room features a cozy queen-size bed (160×200), creating a warm and restful atmosphere.

For younger guests, the Kids’ Room is equipped with a classic bunk bed setup - two single beds (90×200) - along with a desk and a variety of toys to make younger guests feel right at home.

One of the rooms serves a dual function as both a living and sleeping space: it includes a single murphy bed (90×200), which can be conveniently folded away when not in use. This room can be fully closed off and used as an independent bedroom, offering extra privacy and flexibility.

In addition, there are two comfortable sofa beds (160×200): one located in the same room as the murphy bed, and another in the conference room, which easily converts into a quiet and functional sleeping area when needed.

Whether you're a large family, a group of friends, or colleagues on a work trip, the sleeping setup ensures both privacy and togetherness, all within a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout.

Work & Play
Each room features a dedicated working desk, perfect for business travelers or study sessions. The Kids’ Room includes toys for the little ones, while the conference room is equipped with a projector - ideal for meetings, movie nights, or creative presentations. And for a touch of playful charm, the conference room also features an indoor swing. Whether you're taking a break between tasks or just enjoying the moment, this unexpected detail brings a bit of fun and freedom into the space - because work and play don’t have to be separate worlds 🙂

Shared Spaces
Gather around the large dining table for 12, cook your favorite meals in the modern kitchen, or unwind in the cozy living areas.

Guest access

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂
