By booking our space you have a chance to enjoy a beautiful and stylish apartment in the green, old part of Warsaw, where you have windows on both south and north facing either town gardens or green inner yard. Metro is just 5 minutes walk and 2-3 stops later you reach to wherever you wish to reach in downtown Warsaw. The neighbourhood is green, hip and at the same time it is quiet. This 1 bedroom apartment with high ceilings is a perfect base to explore Warsaw as a local.

The space

The entire flat is here, all for yourself! It consists of a comfortable separated bedroom with one big double comfortable bed with fresh linen and duvets and hammock (max 100kg weight), large living area with a couch which can be a bed for 2 and dining table for 4 with chairs to enjoy your meals or drinks, comfortable workspace with an office chair is provided along with fast wi-fi internet, antique fully equipped kitchen, neat bathroom with a bathtub and fresh towels, and an amazing view from both sides of the apartment. It is a perfect place for you to stay and make your base to explore this extraordinary city!

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 100 PLN, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

Great location, watched the red squirrels jumping in the tree tops in the mornings. Loved walking to the park close by, or into the town with all amenities within close distance. Homely feel 4/5 from us

Очень Обрадовало что хозяин дал возможность заселиться пораньше, дома была вся кухонная утварь, и все необходимое для проживание даже на длительный термин.

A quiet residence, as described in the picture, but I want to tell the later residents: this building has two doors, and the password provided by the landlord can only open the door in the garden, so if you take a taxi to the house, you have to go around the garden to open the door of the building. There is no elevator in the building. Although the house number is 102, it is on the third floor. It is not too far from the city center and is very suitable as a temporary residence during a visit to Warsaw.
