The space

Our apartment is a unique blend of classic charm and modern comfort. Step inside and be greeted by the warm ambiance of exposed brick walls and hardwood floors, which create a cozy atmosphere that feels like a true home away from home.

Bedrooms:
The two bedrooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Crisp linens, plush pillows, and ample storage space await you, making it easy to settle in and unwind.

Living Area:
The living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a comfy sofa and a table for 4. It's an ideal spot to gather with friends or family after a day of exploring the city.

Kitchen:
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Modern appliances, cookware, and a dining area create a convenient and inviting space for your culinary adventures.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is clean and well maintained, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries to make your stay hassle-free. You will find here small bathtube with a shower and washbasin.
The toilet is separated room.

Guest access

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 100 PLN, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

We provide the following services by request only and subject to extra charge:

I thought it was a 2-room apartment, but when I arrived, I realized it was actually 3 rooms and much bigger! I really enjoyed my stay - everything I needed was there, and the bed was super comfortable, which matters a lot to me. The location is perfect, close to tram, metro, and bus stops, and there are many great restaurants nearby (I recommend U Szwejka Restaurant). Check-in was smooth, and the owner was very responsive. We had a small Wi-Fi issue when I arrived, but the owner quickly sent a technician to fix it. Two small things to improve: the heating was off when I arrived, so it took about 24 hours to warm up - it’d be nice if it’s turned on in advance. And the toilet was separate and quite small, so a bit uncomfortable to sit. Overall, it’s a lovely apartment, spacious and comfortable - I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Warsaw!

Amazing apartment in a great location. The host was super friendly and shared all the necessary information on time, so everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the care put into the apartment, it really made a difference. Just a small heads-up: the toilet space is a bit compact, which might be a concern for some. Other than that, I loved my stay and will definitely be coming back!
