Short description

the apartment is located in an old, restored tenement house in a beautiful part of city center. it is furnished with style and has modern amenities. a cozy bedroom with access to a charming balcony, a living room with a cinema system and an appropriate sound system, an open kitchen and a separate bathroom await you. perfect for singles, couples, small groups or families. welcome!

The space

this private apartment includes a cozy BEDROOM, queen size bed (160x200) with a very comfortable mattress, a wardrobe and a small working desk. there is a charming inner courtyard balcony with two chairs and a small table. the LIVING ROOM has a super comfortable sofa bed which converts into another queen-sized bed (160x200). in the fully equipped kitchen you will find a coffee machine, a dishwasher, as well as ingredients to fix yourself a healthy breakfast (milk, oats, muesli, coffee, tea). the BATHROOM with bathtube is neat and clean.

the real cherry on top is the video projector with large automatic screen and a proper soundsystem. the apartments design is contemporary, and mixes old glamour and modern comforts. the apartment is nice on the eyes, as well as the body and soul.

Guest access

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 100 PLN, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be in the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

Чудова квартира.Розташована в центрі але в тихому районі.Помешкання відповідає фото,дуже чисто і затишно.Є все необхідне.Господар дав чіткі вказівки як потрапити до помешкання.Завжди були на зв'язку.Єдине що не змогли скористатись прожектором так як не взяли з собою ноутбук.А так все супер.Якщо шукаєте затишну квартиру в центрі Варшави,вам сюди!

I had an incredible experience at this beautiful Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to consulates, restaurants, cafes, and public transport. Despite the bustling surroundings, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, with windows facing the inner courtyard. The high ceilings and natural light made the space feel open and inviting. I loved the thoughtful lighting zones and the HDMI connection for movie nights. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable, ensuring restful nights. Communication with the host was excellent; they were friendly and responsive. Our flight arrived early, and they kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time, which was a huge plus. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, though the kitchen floor can be chilly in the morning, so wearing slippers or warm socks is a good idea. The price is great for all that this place offers. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
