The space

The entire apartment is at your disposal.
1 BEDROOM features a large wardrobe and a comfortable double bed (140x200). Its window overlooks a small charming green square that becomes beautifully lush in the summer.
2 BEDROOM is equipped with a bunk bed and a desk, making it a great space for work if needed.
The BATHROOM includes a shower, toilet, sink with mirror, and a washing machine.
In the separate KITCHEN, you can easily prepare full meals - it is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, large refrigerator, and dishwasher.
In the LIVING ROOM, relax in stylish armchairs with your morning coffee, then unwind on the sofa with a book or your favorite movie. The space is bright and cozy. The sofa also converts into a comfortable double bed.
Additionally, you can enjoy the BALCONY with a view of Varso Tower - one of the tallest buildings in Warsaw. At Varso Place, you’ll find free coworking space and a gym, as well as a restaurant, café, and viewing terrace.

Guest access

You can access every corner of this beautiful space.

PLEASE NOTE: beddings and towels, for guests sleeping on the sofa, are located in the sofa or in the closet. One set of beddings and one set of towels are provided for each guest, for the entire stay. If you need to use extra towel or bedding, please let us know. Additional use is charged 25 EUR, per item used.

PLEASE NOTE: housekeeping items are stored in one of the closets. They are also at your disposal.

PLEASE NOTE: we don't provide laundry detergent.

Interaction with guests

Although we may not be at the apartment welcoming you, one of us is always close by to help if necessary 🙂

We provide the following services by request only and subject to extra charge:
> basic grocery shopping before arrival
> favourite flowers and a bottle of wine upon arrival
> cleaning prior to check-out
