The space

All the property on water, as well as a space on land, is at your disposal. The master floor of the first house has been finished with a white and grey colour palette with many wooden elements for a modern, cosy, and minimalist appearance. It offers 54 m² of comfy living space that contains two bedrooms with vast wardrobes, a spick-and-span bathroom, an airy kitchen with dining space, and a fabulous lounge with a great sofa that converts into a double bed. The glass walls of the living room allow you to get the most out of what is most valuable here - the views of beautiful nature.
The second water house, located close to the first, promises a delightful experience in its 30 m² of space. This cozy retreat features a lounge with a convertible sofa, a bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed, a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker and a toaster, and a pristine bathroom. The bedroom is adorned with a wooden wall and shelves, complemented by a soft headboard and vibrant pillows, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room, with its earthy tones and large glass windows, allows you to immerse yourself in the natural surroundings. The orange sofa and patterned pillows add a touch of color and comfort, making it a perfect spot to relax.
Sliding glass doors open out to the wraparound deck with hammocks and hanging armchairs. Openwork partitions of wood are enfolded by reeds, making it a perfect place to enjoy the jaw-dropping views of surrounding nature. Sit here for moments in silence and you may observe rare wild birds (such as kingfishers, grey herons, tawny owls, scales, and cormorants) and aquatic animals: ducks and beavers among others.

​​Once you get satiated with chilling out in a hammock, we invite you to some water activities! Visiting the area on SUPs or a kayak is one of the best opportunities to observe the wildlife in a soothing companion to the sounds of water. We also encourage you to take walks in the nearby lush forests (you can see deer, roe deer, and wild boars) and villages to see how the life of local residents flows here.

Coming back to the Water Hideout, its 40 m² roof with a wooden terrace opens onto breathtaking lakefront views. This level, which boasts two outdoor sofas, a large dining table, a grill, plenty of countertop space to prepare food, and lovely lighting above, is a perfect private spot to escape to after a long day on the water. There is room for yoga, training, board games, barbecue, or dancing to the music.

On solid ground, the front yard of the property offers a boho dining area with a place for a bonfire with a grill. ​​In the warmer evenings, nothing welcomes quite like feasting by the fire in the great outdoors. Sharing meals in the open air and entertaining under the stars is the perfect way to make the most of a social gathering.

Interaction with guests

on a daily basis, I do not live in Nowa Wieś Zbąska, but in Zielona Góra, Berlin, Wrocław, Warsaw or Granada. seriously, this is my life, for about a year I have been running alternately between the above-mentioned cities. a trip to the vineyard, a boat trip or you need a guide in the nearby areas, everything can be organized 🙂

Other things to note

Note that you are staying in a Floating Home, so water is literally all around you. Try to keep that in mind and don't lose your belongings in the water as most likely you will not be able to get them back. Note also that you are in the middle of beautiful nature. Please, respect the environment around you and throw your rubbish in the bin exclusively.
