The Water Hideout is located in a densely forested and beautiful natural region. the work of the Polish architect was invented in such a way as to fit into the beautiful natural environment and at the same time disturb it as little as possible. happy residents of the house can rest at their best. the closeness of nature, water equipment and high comfort of living will make one want to come back here again and again.

For those seeking complete relaxation, we offer additional attractions: a sauna and a hot tub with warm water.
- Barrel Sauna: located close to the floating house, this unique sauna provides a rejuvenating experience in harmony with nature. It's the perfect place to unwind and feel close to nature.
- Hot Tub with warm water: positioned right next to the sauna, it offers warm, soothing baths - an excellent complement to your relaxation. Immerse yourself in the hot water while enjoying the tranquility and breathtaking views. Regardless of the season, the combination of the sauna and hot tub guarantees deep regeneration, leaving you refreshed and energized.

The property features two beautiful floating homes, each offering unique and luxurious conditions:

First Home
A modern house of 54 m², finished in white and gray tones with wooden accents, creating a cozy and minimalist space. Inside, you'll find:
Two spacious bedrooms with large wardrobes providing plenty of storage space.
A pristine bathroom.
A kitchen with a dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together.
A living room with glass walls highlighting the beauty of the surrounding nature. A comfortable sofa that unfolds into a double bed invites relaxation.

Second Home
Smaller but equally charming, with an area of 30 m², it offers:
A bedroom with a cozy double bed, wooden accents, and colorful pillows that create a warm atmosphere.
A living room in natural tones with an orange sofa and large windows to enjoy the outdoor views.
A kitchenette equipped with essentials like a coffee machine and toaster.
A bathroom that combines comfort with functionality.

Both homes feature terraces with hammocks, hanging chairs, and airy pergolas entwined with reeds, creating the perfect place to relax. Here, you can observe wildlife such as kingfishers, herons, or cormorants, as well as water animals like ducks and beavers.

Interaction with guests

on a daily basis, I do not live in Nowa Wieś Zbąska, but in Zielona Góra, Berlin, Wrocław, Warsaw or Granada. seriously, this is my life, for about a year I have been running alternately between the above-mentioned cities. a trip to the vineyard, a boat trip or you need a guide in the nearby areas, everything can be organized 🙂

Other things to note

Note that you are staying in a Floating Home, so water is literally all around you. Try to keep that in mind and don't lose your belongings in the water as most likely you will not be able to get them back. Note also that you are in the middle of beautiful nature. Please, respect the environment around you and throw your rubbish in the bin exclusively.

Excellent location, beautiful home. Truly like you are in a Monet painting (as another reviewer said). It is a one of a kind experience. Communication with host company is excellent. Only downside was that house had a significant lean/tilt. The host company helped us try to address it through several maintenance visits and it did improve but that was already several days into our visit. It still had a noticeable lean for the remainder of our visit and having stayed on many other house boats in the past, I believe this is something that can and should be fixed. The tilt did impact our stay but because the house is so nice and the location is absolutely stunning, we were able to look past it! Recommend this stay completely, just suggest asking about the lean first.

Everything was well prepared. Communication was quick and check-in was easy. The facilities looked just like the photos, and there were mosquito screens to keep bugs out, which was a nice touch. However, a few things could have been better. Even though we requested sauna service, we didn’t receive any extra towels. Also, the sauna was lacking essential oils and firewood, so we had to purchase those separately. Additionally, the Wi-Fi on the small boat didn’t work for about a day and a half, which was a bit inconvenient. Still, we had a lovely three-day stay and made great memories in nature.

Außergewöhnliches Angebot im Mitten der Natur und (weit) weg von der Zivilisation mit trotzdem einem sehr guten Standard! Wir haben die Zeit genossen mitten in der Natur, mitten auf dem Wasser und mit der priese Wellness und Abgelegenheit wie wir es uns gewünscht haben!
